    Coaching and mentoring

    We work with our clients to formulate their visions, dreams and ambitions and translate them into specific goals and targets.

    We then encourage a realistic assessment of where you are now and develop strategies to move towards the established goals.

    A plan is created with specific tasks and projects with timeframes.

    Regular coaching sessions are held weekly, bi-weekly or monthly to:

      review strategies and their progress

      review management and financial reports

      discuss current problems and issues and

      review progress of ongoing projects

Business & Strategic Planning

Reviewing current business strategies is something all CEO’s, Managers and Owners should perform on a regular basis.

To do this objectively is often difficult without external stimulus or input.  Often CEO’s and their executives are too close to the trees to see the forest. Having a Coach/Mentor to ask probing questions and provide intelligent alternatives and comments, can often open up strategies that have not been previously considered.

Whilst “Business Plans” in themselves are not the be all and end all, and are rarely followed to the letter, the process of Business Planning has tremendous benefit in making executives review what and how the  organisation  are doing things. It also provides an opportunity to review how they are performing relative to their competitors and other similar organisations..

Whilst not doing business planning may not prevent you from being successful, it is absolutely certain that with planning you would be more successful.

Not having a business plan can be likened to setting sail in a boat without a destination and without a map. You may end up somewhere, but it may not be the best place or the place you would like to be.


Development of Key Performance Indicators and Reporting Systems.

Managing a business is a demanding activity. It is easy to be reactionary, responding to all of the demands of customers, suppliers, staff, and technology. Whilst you are being pushed and pulled like a puppet it is easy for that “finger on the pulse” of the business to become less sensitive.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and reporting systems are essential to ensure that you are aware of all activities of the business that are not performing up to standard. It is equally important to know the ones that are performing better than standards.

KPI’s are the measure of performance that are the drivers of your organisations bottom line.


Financial Reports – Translation Services
