Business Mentors was established by Bill Nunan to provide CEOs, Managers and Owners of SMEs, business and management advice to develop and improve themselves and their businesses.
Bill is a business manager and finance professional with over 30 years of “on the job” training. His experience and training provides Bill with the knowledge, whilst his lateral thinking abilities provide him with the creativity to add real value to clients in developing and improving their businesses.
Bill has experience in a wide variety of industries, in all aspects of business management and development, corporate takeovers and turnaround situations. Bill's accounting qualification and experience in financial management, cost accounting, finance and treasury provide a sound basis for analysing operations to provide information on the areas that require attention.
Bill has a strong interest in coaching and mentoring of CEOs. He empathises and understands the various conflicts that confront them in managing their businesses and their lives having managed a $30m public company through a restructuring and turnaround phase.
Bill has been a Consultant for the past 8 years. He is currently a Syndicate Chairman for the CEO Institute. This role keeps Bill up to date with the current challenges facing owners and managers as well as providing him with information on the latest developments in all facets of business activities.
Bill enjoys negotiation and strategy development and his lateral thinking abilities have been learned from experience at all levels. A strong interest in people and personal development provides Bill with an empathetic approach and a strong basis for listening, coaching and counselling clients.
